The back up log is here: https://pastebin.com/hRW1cj2cI tried creating an entirely new back up this morning but still had this issue – bizarrely, the uploads folder was the problem last week but today it was the themes folder!

The Compressed (zipped) folder [file name] is invalid.’ and when I try to extract it, it says ‘The Compressed (zipped) folder is empty. Before you can extract files, you must copy files to this compressed (zipped) folder.’
I don’t understand why the folders are empty when they’ve been populated in previous back-ups. I’ll try redownloading and see if that helps.
