What is the URL of your website?Hi Paul,
It’s not possible for the moment. However, this feature has been requested several times and will be implemented!

In reply to: [Favicon by RealFaviconGenerator] Favicon error isI close this inactive issue. However, don’t hesitate to open it again if needed.
Hi,
You’re right to suspect the Web manifest. Without this file, you would certainly not observe this behavior.
The decision to offer the user to install the app or not is taken by Chrome, not the app itself. So there is no call to a mysterious
installAppin the code of your site, or a"installApp": truein your manifest.Usually, Chrome does its best to show the option when the user would likely click “Yes”. In particular, it shows the popup only after several visits. For example, I visited your site with my Google Pixel 7, and Chrome didn’t say anything particular. But I wouldn’t be surprised to see the popup if I start to visit NSWM regularly for a few days.
The question is: who see this popup? Some complaining visitors? Or only you? Because you are very likely to see the popup. New visitors are not.
If you need to address the issue (because you receive complaints, etc.), you can disable the plugin. This will disable the Web manifest and Chrome won’t show the popup anymore. You’ll need to find another solution to restore the favicon.
Otherwise, you can choose to trust Chrome. It’s its job to guess when the install option is appropriate or not.

In reply to: [Favicon by RealFaviconGenerator] fbrfg_favicon_non_interactive_api_requestHi Suki,
Unfortunately, there is no way to reduce this parameter in the plugin at the moment. I’m adding it to the roadmap because your issue makes sense and the plugin should take it into account. However, I’m afraid the update won’t be available before a few weeks.

In reply to: [Favicon by RealFaviconGenerator] 404 error for custom-apple-webkit.min.cssHi,
No problem! WordPress can be quite messy sometimes, it’s hard to figure out this kind of issue.

In reply to: [Favicon by RealFaviconGenerator] Favicon error isHi,
Your favicon looks great! The favicon checker gives a full-green status.
Even Google shows your favicon, whereas it can sometimes takes so long to have your favicon crawled…
What is your issue exactly? Where is your favicon absent?

In reply to: [Favicon by RealFaviconGenerator] 404 error for custom-apple-webkit.min.cssHi,
RealFaviconGenerator plugin has nothing to do with this file. Judging by its name, it seems to be related with Elementor.
Is there something that make you think the plugin might be related with this issue?

About the specific icons for iOS and Android: yep, other people has asked for it too. It should be back in a few days or weeks.

In reply to: [Favicon by RealFaviconGenerator] Plugin suddenly does not work anymoreNo problem 😊
Thank you so much!! This is the very first feedback I got since the release of the new version 🥰
Hi,
I’m sorry for the inconvenience. RealFavicon has undergone a huge update yesterday and I’m afraid you have been caught in the middle of the process.
Could you give it another try? This time, when switching from your WordPress site to RealFaviconGenerator (where you can customize your icon), you should notice that the design of RealFaviconGenerator has changed compared to yesterday. If not, this is probably because of a DNS caching issue (ie. your browser is still pointing to the old version of the web site), and you should wait for a few additional hours.
Please let me know if it now works!
