Had the same problem after upgrade to 5.2.
The Solutions provided by whooami (@whooami) worked for me. Thank you.
Deleted all deafult wordpress themes (2015, 2016, 2017, 2019 etc.)
I have the same Problem. I am not using any cache plugin but Nifty Coming Soon does not want to refresh the latest content. I have even Un-installed the plugin, nothing helps.
It is only this plugin’s Coming Soon page that is affected. Everything else works.
