I can see them all. That was a lot of googling but eventually found the clue in this topic
It was this thread that fixed my problems. Statuses are taxonomies. That’s all i needed to see.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Orders stay at pendingYeah, I’ve only just discovered it. I think it might be a theme conflict somewhere. I’ve converted from cart66 to woo.
I’ve seen that the status are taxonomys. I’m currently removing custom ones.
As even a cheque I can’t update the status.
