Your support system is extremely frustrating. When I log into cleantalk and click Support | Support Requests | Open Support Request it opens a public support request on https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/cleantalk-spam-protect/. The is no way to give you private information. So how can I give you private info?

I tried that and when I entered [email protected] in the email address for the payment form the payment went through normally. I purged the cache (litespeed) and used a private window and the payment still went through.
What am I missing?

CleanTalk is already installed on the site to protect enquiry forms.
The problem we are having is that Google Recaptcha sometimes blocks legit payments.
I would prefer to turn off Google Recaptcha and use CleanTalk to protect the WP Simple Pay form.
