as I wrote I turned off the several options except the time delay option and now (after some minutes) it seems to work – thanks again!

I now turned off everything except the time delay (still 1 second just for testing) trigger (no effect). I don’t get your last question. What do you mean with “popup configuration on site” – which site? Where can I find this?

thanks for your reply!
1. Yes, the popup is published and not just drafted.
2. I cleared the cache of my browser and the cache of divi without any effects. I’m not sure if there is anything else to clear.
3. Here are the screenshots of all settings of the two categories. Would be great if you could check them for me 🙂
