Update / Possible Conflict Identified:

After further testing, I was able to narrow down the issue significantly.

The scrolling problem after closing an event popup seems to occur only on pages where both the main calendar view and the calendar widget are active at the same time. In my case, the widget was loaded in the site’s footer and displayed the monthly calendar.

As soon as I disabled the calendar widget specifically on the event calendar page, the issue disappeared completely. Scrolling works as expected after closing a popup.

This suggests there may be a conflict caused by multiple instances of the plugin running simultaneously – possibly both initializing event listeners or interfering with each other’s modal handling.

Danke für Dein tolles Plugin! Jetzt läuft alles wieder.

Eine Sache fände ich übrigens noch Spitze: Wäre super wenn das Plugin optional nur die beliebtesten Posts der letzten Tage anzeigen könnte anstatt das Best Of aller Zeiten. Bisher löse ich das so, indem ich Statify nur zwei Tage erfassen lasse, aber so ist dann halt keine langfristige Statistik möglich.

Vielleicht als Vorschlag für zukünftige Features.
