Of course, thanks again Lap.
https://www.aze-41.fr/Hi Lap!
Thanks for the quick reply 🙂
Yes, I have checked with Advanced Cron Manager, the CRON task is well indicated every minute and it looks working fine as intented.
I did save the Koko settings already, but it does not change anything…
Is there any chance that migrating from another server can disturb Koko? An IP story?
What I am sure about is that the day I did the migration, Koko stopped recording new statistics, so since may the 1st, it is all empty.
The two things that have changed with the migration are the server IP and the use of Litespeed.
What else could be involved? Thanks @designextreme!
I did follow your suggestion, Google sent me a message to indicate the data validation is starting… I will keep you posted.
Have a nice day 🙂
Hello there 🙂
I’m getting the same error message, even with the version 3.42.
I have checked the HTML in the browser and the code looks fine, but when letting know Google that my problem is corrected, Google starts a scan and indicates that there still 3 errors in the page (I’m displaying 3 reviews).
What can I do to help you check what is happening?
Thanks

In reply to: [Reviews and Rating – Google Reviews] Hiding h2.heading?@designextreme It is working perfectly!
Thanks for your work and support, really appreciated 🙂
Nope, this is the reply from the GMB technical support about the API not working anymore after I switch from a specific location to a service area.
And yes, it is pretty vague, in fact the personn does not answer my question.
@louisdp Hi Louis 🙂
I got an answer from the GMB technical support, but it is not something really helpful, the personn just let me know Google can not display the reviews in my website… that was not what I was asking for…
I continue to ask for a better technical answer…
Hello there!
@designextreme So, I got an answer for the GMB technical support (the french one).
The answer is (more or less because of the translation):
“I confirm that your customers’ reviews are related to your listing on Google My Business. We are unable to display them on your website.”I confirm that I did write a full text explaining my problem, and not asking for Google to display the reviews on my website, but really why it is possible to display the reviews from a physical address and not from an area of service.
So I have explained the personn from the support that he is wrong and gave him a few links to read…
I’m a little bit disappointed…
I’ll do! Keep you posted if you want me to do.
I confirm that the plugin does refuse to connect anymore 🙂
Unfortunately, for me, I can not find my GMB via the Place ID finder… I did before when I had a street address.
I did write to Google support to ask about that, I will keep you posted.
I thank you for your support, I appreciate it.
@designextreme it looks like @louisdp and I are having the same problem, we are both located through an area instead of a physical address…
@louisdp are you able to find your Google Maps Business through the Place ID Finder?
Because I’m not for mine.
I understand and I thank you again.
An archived copy of the reviews is not really good as I am collecting new reviews once a month at least.
I do not understand why my Place ID is not good for Google as it is Google who is providing it… when I check that link, with the current data-pid, the reviews are well displayed in GMB: https://search.google.com/local/reviews?placeid=ChIJY-iGu7dv5kcRCpZDFDDZba8
I assume the change Google did with my GMB address from a physical address to an area might put some disorder, but in that case I should have a new Place ID, which is not the case, that one is still the same for a long time.
@designextreme thanks a lot for your time and support.
I confirm this is my Place ID, that is the one I’m using in your plugin and the one I found through the data-pid.
Well, I hope you could find something to help me, your plugin is really good!
The raw version of the date displays an error message:
Status: “REQUEST_DENIED”I have checked and I am using an API key and a Google billing account.
By the way, after midnight, no more reviews are displaying now.
I have checked all what I can do:
– Billing account: Ok, free trial till december 2020.
– API key: OK
– Place ID: OK (through the Google Reviews button HTML data-pid)It appears as validated, I did claim my GMB about 3 years ago.
I am considerated as a “service business area”. I have had many mails with the Google customer support about that modification 1 month ago when Google asked me to remove my physical address.
And your plugin was working fine on tuesday, probably even on wednesday, so, I doubt there is a relation between that GMB modification and what the plugin is doing now.
Could it be something with security cutting off some connections between the plugin and an external source? I’m using WP Cerber.
