The latest update just crashed my site giving me a 500 error. Just deleted the folder via ftp and site back up and running normally – without Jetpack though.
I may install again shortly…
I found this link and worked perfectly for me. Nothing ore than a nasty semi-colon!

So in reading through this I’m still trying to determine if the problem has been solved or not as I’m getting the same error, and am clueless as what I need to do to fix it.
