Any luck with a fresh install in a new location?
It is bizarre… and annoying.

Re-installing 2.8.6 got me back in.
I’ll try upgrading again, the right way, without taking stupid shortcuts.

In reply to: 2.9.2 Database Upgrade failsThe DB version showing in phpMyAdmin is 11548 — which appears to be the DB version for WP 2.8 – 2.8.4. So I’m wondering if it would be “safe” to downgrade back to 2.8.4, just so I can access by blog admin?

I was able to get it going on Thesis:

Th problem is, the plugin is looking for a file that doesn’t exist in Thesis. I have to run out right now, but I’ll post hos to do it later this afternoon….
