Hello @hsahnoun,
You buy the wrong theme its not belong to us. To buy our theme you need to click on upgrade and then it redirects to our main site page.

We don’t belong to StylemixThemes, we belongs to thinkup themes.

You can change the menu text color and background color with the help of custom css. Please apply the below given css under Appearance -> Customize -> Additional Css-
.cactus-header.cactus-inline-header.right { background: red !important; } .cactus-header .cactus-main-nav > li > a { color: yellow !important; }You can change color values as per your choice.

Internet Explorer is actually a discontinued browser, it doesn’t support latest web standards.
You can see this on the browsers wiki page under Development:

So the issue isn’t with the theme, it’s with the browser.

We have checked the site the logo is full size. The width of the logo is 300 px and its coming in full size.
So to show the big logo you need to create logo big in image via tool like photoshop.
