We double checked the IPN url setting, updated it to just the homepage of the site and now is recording payments and sending emails. Thank you very much for the assistance.

The issue was caused by this plugin https://ve.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/easy-smooth-scroll-links/
You can take a look maybe and check why they don’t work together. I just disabled it since isn’t as important as the quickview
