Ahh, to me it appeared to be diminished because when I installed the wordpress.com version it had 6 color choices and a lot more options than the one offered from .org for self hosted.

Already have, but haven’t received a response back 🙁
It doesn’t make sense to me to have free themes up on wordpress.com, and then offer a diminished version over on ww.wp.xz.cn.
Thank you for the suggestion though.
I may just play around with the css and see what I can do with the help of a friend.
