Hi @shaonback2
Thank you for your message. Have followed your advice and opened a support ticket there. Hopefully someone will be able to help me 🙂
Many thanks,
AndreaHi @abidhasan112,
Finally some good news. Without doing anything further, it seems to have fixed itself so it may well have been an issue at Facebook’s end rather than your plugin.
Thanks so much for your assistance though, I really appreciate it.
Hi @abidhasan112,
Thank you for your reply.
This morning I noticed that the Facebook Feed updated to show a most recent post from yesterday, however it has skipped a post from one the day before. With that being the case, I’m still not sure that it is working as you will have intended it to.
Following your instructions, I installed the Transient Cleaner and removed all transients as instructed. Note that WordPress gave me the following notice when I did this:
Transient housekeeping is now part of WordPress core, as of version 4.9. Please disable the Transient Cleaner plugin.
I also did the following:
– Regenerated the assets for EA
– Regenerated the assets for Elementor
– Refreshed the Facebook FeedResult:
– Still no change, there are posts missing that the plugin hasn’t captured
Any ideas?
Update:
– Been over 24 hours, feed has still not updated to show latest posts
– Tested on another completely separate website, same problem
– Tested on another completely separate website, different feed, same problem
