I am not able to display the first pop up I made, I am a new user of plug-in Poptin 1.3.7
WordPress 6.8.3, theme “The Shore”
I have no other plug-ins, other than those few that come “preloaded” when you are using wordpress.com, like jetpack
I intended to display pop up on all screen sizes, I made it 300px wide.
I have tried setting the display based on time (3 seconds) at page, or 65% of window scroll.
I set rules to be “equals” website url, since I only want pop up it displayed on home page
I tried incognito mode from my own laptop (chrome browser), as well as using my friend’s android phone (has never been to the site., unknown browser); the activity tracker seems to correctly log the visitors but the popup shows zero views, presumably because the pop up is not being displayed.
any help is appreciated, I try to do as much troubleshooting as possible, but I am at a dead end.
