I am also facing the same problem.
In my web version of website, totally all the Mega Menus are like disabled. it is not opening any submenu even after clicking on my menu name.

Thank you @yoastseo for your best support for your customers.Hi actually i was using Easy theme and plugin upgrade plugin for updating from ultimate member 2.1.1 to 2.1.3. but due this problem it didn’t happened. But after your suggestion i unistalled the older version and installed the newer version also i am still facing the same problem. Please suggest me what is the solution for it. One thing what i observed that after install the plugin name should have “ultimate member” in my file manager but it is coming as “ultimate member-2.1.3”. i think this is the problem so please let me know what i can do for it and why it is taking that name?

Actually, before some time this plugin get updated and asked for reconnecting again because of something new update and this message coming in my dashboard panel on the top as “We’ve made a lot of improvements to get Site Kit ready for general release! In order to use this new version, you’ll need to go through the updated setup flow to re-generate your credentials. Once you’re done, all your data will still be there.“. But after doing this also it is coming now continuously as I have tried so many times.Best regards,
