But I think that it is just the result of the issue of other codes, because there is a problem in capturing the ID in the payment with Stripe ! so I and my team are trying to check all codes with the logic of process of subscription & payment process to see if there is something causing that,
But the task is very difficult and takes a lot of time especially that the support team of WCFM are not really supportifs and all other related plugins such as Wocoomerce and Stripe do not want to do deep search of what can cause that ! So every plugin tries to say that it is the errore of another plugin !!
About the (Thank you page) in the bothe cases (with the default WCFM Thank you page) and with (the Custom Thank you page) it do not appear at all in the bothe cases of using the Default WCFM Membership Page or the Custom Membership Plan , so It is sur that it is an issue related to WCFM, I tried that in the old website and also in a fresh website that we begin to build from nearly 1 month, and it is fresh website so even if you think to delete plugins and reinstall them again , I already did that several times but nothing work and all payment with Stripe if it was directly with (Stripe) plugin or with (Woopayment) or other plugins such as (Webtoofee) or (Payment Plugins for Stripe Woocommerce), so I don’t really know if the issue occurs because of the Stripe payment processing for Subscription Product or because of WCFM Membership plugin !! taking in consideration that the payment for Subscription works with Paypal test mode but the problem is that there are a lot of restrictions for subscriptions with paypal in Europe if the Company is a startup with small incomes in the beginning !
another information that could be usefull for you: we had the (Woo Scription) plugin too and it is a payable plugin ! and whe tried to make Subscription product with Woocommerce Checout so the problem was that everytime the user tries to proceed for Subscribe now buttom they are redirected to an Empty Cart page !! and after more than 2 months of deep tries we found that the only way to make the process end with the product in the Cart page in to force clients to register as Normal User before to choose the Membership plan, aven that it is a very bad user experience !! but it was the only wahy to have a successful payment process with Woopayment plugin which use Stripe , but it was not successful with Stripe plugin directly !! and in this case the (Thank you page : default wcfm or custome page) is missing in the process too !
So we are trying to search for another solution for the payment of Subscription plans , especially with all issues related to Stripe Subscription payment , and it seems that none of the plugins give a real support or guidance to point to the exact point in the process which could cause this issue !!
So I think if Stripe support could give us an indication where to find the codes related to capt the Subscription Products of the URLs of the membership plans and then we could do a deep understanding of the process & how they are treated , then we could detect the source of the issue and solve it,
I hope that someone could help us because I lost a lot of time with my team just to solve issues like that with useless answers of support until now !
the old website (https://pi-gate.com/): in this website we use (Woo Subscription) and Stripe plugin (but it was our Project in Market Test phase) and the new website which is the Final Phase of our Marketplace Project & now published but still in progress of construction ( https://pigates.com/) with Only Stripe with Payment Plugins Stripe
So if I find something useful I well let you know, and please let me know if you could find something usefull,

I have the same issue with WCFM membership with Stripe,
and that was from the beginning of 2024 we had a lot problems with WCFM Membership URLs payment with Woopayment, and then we moved to Stripe and this (fatal error appears) , and Woocommerce support said that it was related to WCFM uncompatibility with new version of woocommerce payment methodes, and after several months of wait of WCFM support replay they said that their plugins are not compatiblewith Woopayment , even that it was working correctly for 2 years !! and no the same issue with Stripe !! in taking in consideration that Woopayment is a Stripe payment in Woocommerce , so I think that there is something happend after the new updates of woocommerce & WCFM did not fellow that update !!
I’m struggling from several months to make that work without success & WCFM do not give uny usefull support !
Did you solved the issue ?

Other new issues appeared with the new update :
1- I noticed that from few days the ( Ledger Book ) disappeared totally from Admin & Vendor dashboard & the access of (Vendor & Admin Dashboard to his account on WCFM) disappeared from (My Account page) after the new WCFM update from a few days !!
2- I noticed this problem related to Ledger Book & WCFM dashboard access in the initial website ( pi-gate.com ) which is with WordPress hosting , and also with another website under construction on another hosting (hostinger)
3- all that added in + to the problem that I sent to you for nearly 2 months now stays without a solution !!! (I submitted several support tickets ( #564127 ) + ( #563090 ) + ( #562001 ) & I get several direct e-mail to our website contact e-mail showing that a lot of WCFM usres facing the same issuewit Membership plans URLs & empty card !!
& you keep ignoring my requests for support !!
Could you please correct the new update to solve the issues of Ledger book & WCFM dashboard acces from (My Account ) page , or please tell me how to make them back to appear again with a code to show them again ? & also I’m still waiting for your new update to solve the conflict with Woocopayment related to the URLs of Membership plans on WCFM .

I tried to turn arround to find atemporary way to authorise membership plan subscription in using WC Checout, in waiting the Update of WCFM Plugins with the solution of this issue !!
As the support teamof WCFM try to keep ignoring that the reason of this issue is their plugins in conflict with new updates of Woocommerce payment !! and continue to send strange answers such as ( it is may be other custom codes or other plugins or theme issue !!
Even that I already do all the checkup for conflict with other plugins & theme !! & no custom code related to the payment process at all !!
here is the way that I found , but it is temporary & will not give a good user experience in your website, but it is better than nothing, I hope that it could help :
The potential vendor must (Register) in your website as a normal user as first step, then if he is in his user account, then he can choose a membership plan and when he click to continue the prossess he will be redirected to registration page of WCFM then after validation he will be redirected to (Payment page) and the user can continue the payment, and then he will be redircted to (WCFM Thank You page) even if you configured a custom thank you page this will not show in the prosses !! so you need to add a notification in your websites about that to avoid the bad user experience !
So WCFM support team must find a real solution for that in the new update

I sent 3 tickets for WCFM support but I got only the answers (give us an admin access) & (the admin acces does not work) !!
I already sent several times in all support request the (Admin access) and from where they can acces it , but they don’t even read messages,
I’m waiting now for several weeks without any real support !!
this is really strange and unacceptable of this attitude to not care at all about plugins that you sell & the absence of support for several weeks !!
Please I need to solve this issue !!!
Even the temporary way to use WCFM payment option without passing by WC Checkout process breaks the (Multi Currency that we use in our website in using WC Checkout & Woocommerce payment multi currency which Worked correctly before the recent updates in 2024 !!
So really the Absence of WCFM Support is NOT ACCEPTABLE !!
I’m still waiting for support answer here ! or even for my multiple Support Tickets that I sent to WCFM website !!
I just get replies to ask me for an admoin access which I already sent it several times !!! & then NO answer & you keep ingoring my support requests !!!
this is really NOT Professional at all !!! when you sell plugins you guaranti the good functions of your plugins & also support, but your way to ignore all support request when all evidences from WordPress & Woocommerce support teams prove that the issue come from WCFM plugins which do not adapted to actual WordPress & Woocommerce versions & must be updated to be accurate with thier new versions !!
I was forced to change from WC Checout to WCFM integrated payment option which has also several issues in payment process which is broken & does not work correctly & cannot redirect to (Thank you custom page) just to not loose my clients in waiting for WCFM support answer to solve this issue !!!
You can see that there are several other WCFM users who have the same issue , so it is not a unic case that I had !!!
So please we need support to update WCFM plugins to be adapted with actual version of WordPress & WooCommerce Checkout process !!

Please enter to the website (from the WordPress access with the ID & password provided in my tickes messages or you can register your own e-mail & then pleas sent it to me to make you a full admin),
the problems that I have are :
1- I have a problem of absence of (Badge Icon downloadin) when I try to add Badges !! there is only the possibilty to add the title but there is nothing beside (Badge Icon) !! I tried to uninstall & deleet all plugins & to reinstall all plugins one by one to see if there is a problem of non compatibility with another plugins, but without success, so I think that there is a problem of WCFM codding, & only you who will be able to help me to solve this problem. I attached photos in my (Tickets of support sent to you before).
2- I had also a problem of absence of possibility to do modification on Membership pages order : I need to show the page of (plans of membership ) in the beginning then Vendor will chose the plan that he want & then he can fullfill his information & continue the registration procedures, is there a way to do that please ?
because in (consummer mind he must see all plans before & then clic on his choice & then fullfill his information).`
I already sent several tickets asking for your support from 5 weeks but you ignore messages for several weeks, so I had to publish that here to show other clients that what you promis about giving answer for premium support within 24H is not right !!
& even now you still don’t car at all of giving support after client pay for premium offers !!

I get a replay after 1 month that you cannot enter the site with the e-mail & password that Isent to you in several Ticket for demanding support,
I tried to enter with same E-mail & passeword from several computer in France & also I gived it to other persons in Hungary & Dubai, & it is working correctly without any problem, so I think that you may be was not writing the right passeword !!
so please retry it in being carefull to upper latters & numbers,
I think that the problem is that you made a mistake in writing the password !!
if you still cannot enter, then it is easer for you to register on the website with your own e-mail & you could give me your ID of registration to ADD you as FULL ADMIN , so like that you will be sure that you will enter to fix the problems that I need your support for.
& Please replay to my e-mails as soon as possible because I will not wait for your replay after another month again !!
