thanks for staying patient – i never downloaded the 2 gb file because it took so long. now i did it and checked what’s in the .tar file: it actually was just the readme.txt, the manifest.json and the .sql-file. the sql-file was huuuuge, as described. i checked its tables and found out that there was a large table of a log created by a plugin i use. after clearing this log, the sql-file has only 11 mb. so everything works fine, thank you for your help!

yes, my clients are all in the EU region, they are using popular banks.
the client that is struggling with card payment right now reached out to his bank and found out that mailpoet had been blacklisted for some reason. the bank then checked and removed mailpoet from the blacklist.
now i wonder what is the next step to be done by the client? does he have to go through the payment procedure in his mailpoet account again?i also have bad experience with MailPoet’s velocity. email replies take forever. apart from that, MailPoet does not seem to be willing to communicate, regarding the lacking contact possibilities on their website. very unsatisfactory.

danke – es scheint zu funktionieren. allerdings werden die mails mit der info über ausgefüllte formulare nicht an jenen admin geschickt, der dafür vorgesehen wäre. die mails kommen immer an mich als „haupt“-admin. ich dachte, in den cf7-formular-einstellungen unter dem reiter „double-opt-in“/„passe deine opt-in-e-mail-an“/„von“ gibt man vor, an welche adresse diese emails geschickt werden. vermutlich dient diese einstellung aber nur dazu, in dem mail, das verschickt wird, eine absender-email anzugeben, richtig?

i just checked back on the affected website. i have updated wp as well as backwpup plugin.
i hit the button to make a db backup which then appears on the list in the backend under backwpup > backups. clicking the download button opens up a window with the message mentioned above — „Please wait …“ — but nothing else happens. no file can be downloaded.
i checked on the server to see if a backup has been created in the directory uploads/backwpup/f6401e/ but no. i checked the directories for wrong rights but they all have 770.
i tried the same in a private browser window with the same results.
i have a similar website on another server where the backup works flawlessly.
can you please direct my to a way to find the mistake?hallo @forge12marc,

nun im frontend zu sehen ist – anstelle der rechnung, die absender*innen für eine erfolgreiches versenden ausfüllen müssen. daher nehme ich an, dass das forge12-captcha für cf7 jetzt ohne eingabe übers frontend funktioniert und daher der shortcode aus dem formular-html gelöscht werden kann?

nach drei wochen warten auf eine antwort melde ich mich in der hoffnung, jemand kann mir mit meinem problem helfen.
ich habe im maintenance mode alle plugins bis auf die für die absendung des formulars und die plugins forge12-captcha und forge12 double optin und mit einem basic theme getestet, ob auf diese weise die unter normalem betrieb nicht abgesendeten cf7-mails abgesendet werden, aber leider erfolglos.
wenn das forge12-captcha ausgeschaltet ist, kommen die vermissten cf7-mails an.
meine captcha settings:
• enabled: contact form 7, wordpress-kommentare, wordpress login & registration
• enabled: captcha protection
• protection method: honeypot
• minor protection services enabled: javascript, browser
• protection rules enabled: url limiter (1 link allowed)
• blacklist enabled
• ip protection disabled
• Logs endabled
• no whitelist email addresses or ips
• support activated
ich wäre froh, wenn mir jemand helfen könnte, das problem zu lösen.
ich könnte eine*n von den plugin-entwickler*innen zugang zu meiner seite geben, damit sie nachsehen können, wo das problem liegt.

thanks for asking – sorry for being so imprecise in my description of the problem.the files are listed in the backend under backwpup > backups in my dashboard, and they are present on my server as tar files.
clicking on „download“ in the drop down menu near the listed backup in the dasboard produces a popup with the message „please wait“, but the download won’t happen – no window opens to definde the place where the file should be downloaded to.Forum: Plugins
