Ok I just changed database user password and issued new WordPress Keys in wp-config.php. Then I added the feed back to google reader and everything looks ok.
I am having the same issue. My feed looks fine when I view it in Chrome (click orange RSS icon when on my site). However when I subscribe in Google Reader it get the title “buy not expense fedex Flonase” as the title in every post 🙁

I went through the wp-options table and cleaned out a number of _transient*** entries and all others with a bunch of gibberish in them. This was recommended from another post. However the problem still persists, and I would love to what to do from here.
