It shows repeated pics on the About page and still shows the caption only (no pics) on Portfolio pages. Were you able to update the plugin to fix this and to support carousel/video formats? Just wanted to follow up for a status update as the plug-in does not look good currently on my website. Please let me know.

I just posted on my Instagram today after a few weeks. I think what we thought was right – it looks like it is a carousel post issue on the homepage of my site. Were you able to check on the issue I mentioned on the portfolio pages? It shows the whole caption in pink instead of any squares or white placeholder. Please keep me posted. Thanks.

I noticed today that on the portfolio pages, the thumbnails are no longer showing (even the photos that aren’t a carousel). It’s now showing the full caption (http://www.invytations.com/weddings/) and hashtags instead, and it doesn’t look good on my site. Can you look into this plugin issue for me when you have a moment? Not sure if the plugin is working properly anymore outside of the carousel post issue we discussed a few weeks ago. Please keep me posted.

Thanks for getting back to me. That’s weird as carousel posts used to work before (like I would see the updated image, click on it, and it would take me to Instagram and I could see the carousel post successfully). Maybe things have changed/gotten more difficult since we ran into the token issue 2 months ago when Instagram changed its Legacy API/Developer settings. I’ll post a single photo on my business Instagram in a few weeks and see if the plug-in updates on my website successfully in that respect. Please keep me posted when the plugin is updated to support the carousel and video format. Thanks again!

The only other thing I can think of is the most recent post is a carousel (multiple photos up to 10 maximum within a post where the viewers can swipe left to see more photos) versus the other 3 photos showing up properly are single-photo posts. Could you look into this when you have a moment? Thanks a lot.

No, that page is still incorrect. The most recent post is not showing up. I posted something yesterday, and the most recent post (first square) should be a different photo which is not working on all other pages:

Preferred VendorsYou will see the most recent post not loading properly. The portfolio pages are incorrect. The 4 squares should’ve shifted to show most recent image from yesterday. Please let me know what my web designer should do/look into or what I can do on my end.

In reply to: [Alpine Photo Tile for Social] Need New API DirectionsOk, I reached out to my web designer for now to see if he can look into this as WordPress is not updated yet to 5.5 so I don’t want to mess anything up by installing that plugin if it’s specifically for WordPress 5.5. However, I wanted to see if it was something quick I could fix on my own. Thanks for the information. I’ll keep you posted.

Unfortunately, my WordPress is not updated to 5.5 yet. I installed that plugin, and didn’t fix the squares. Does it take a few hours to kick in or should it take effect immediately?
