I have made a test, clean install. Email Subscriber only. Works fine on all webclients. Then: I have enabled all other plugins and theme. All stille okay in all webclients. I have find out at what point my prblem is caused:
After changing the post notification text (dynamic template: New post published ###POSTTITLE###), and put my own text in the notification mail there (but leaving all the ###..### intact!), then my problem appears…! After saving that mail-notification, then, when the new post is sent to the abonnees, there appear that blankspaces, and the %0A%0D in the text and in the read-more and unsubscribe links. So nothing works then anymore. ..

There is nothing to see, nothing special in my notification-text. it is clean. I have copied it in Notepad and copied it back, to be sure that it is real clean code. See below (in dutch):
