I have no idea but after sending this question, my website works fine again. This plugin started recording the results of quizzes without changing anything.

I’ve fixed the issue already. I’ve found the conflict between Hide WP plugin and Stripe payment function in Forminator. I changed some of the common paths to protect my site, but now I made them default to the issue never occurs again.
The issue has gone on my page when I enable this feature. You guys might consider it!
Minify -> CSS -> Enable this line:
Inline CSS - Recommended if the CSS files are small enough.
