As far as I know, nggtags gallery=… displays gallery based on the tags you set for your pictures. So, your shortcode will display all pictures having one (or both ? dont know) of these tags set.
But these pictures can be in any gallery, what the name will be.
I don’t get it. Are you talking about using nggShowRelatedImages or nggTagCloud functions ? Or are you trying something else ?
