i am not aware other script doing sign up or registration.
both are disabled with .htaccess, not even accessible
Only ERForms signup form is used

in addition having multiple form submissions allowed, few days ago i also had multiple user registration processed. There was a dual registration out of the same submission, which is not so good.
The system entered SAME user(name) with SAME email address and user details as whole
see my screen shot (i checked twice..ALL user details are the same)

i did test again with iPhone 6/7/8 Plus and issue remains, that i am able to submit the form multiple times..meaning, the attachments are uploaded multiple times, but last submitted gets recorded in ‘submissions’For example, i have a submission with file uploaded: File name: 920_n-2.jpg
But in media gallery i see following 3 files:
File name: 920_n-2.jpg
File name: 920_n-1.jpg
File name: 920_n.jpgThat means, since i was able to re-submit 3x, i have 3 files uploaded.
Hope i can help somehow..if this does not help youBut i am not sure if issue involves other than IOS devices as well.. i just tested with them
Why don’t you read carefully the docs and look at the images, at plugin site, instead keeping the people busy with such unnecessary questions?

i just found the bug.
Users with iPhone can submit the form(s) multiple times.
The form does display error ‘user already exists’ .. but this does not prevent from multi-form submission.-> also, this explains multi upload of same images (i have my image multiple times uploaded)
-> this explains the missing count of form #id’s (i have missing count due i was able for multi submission)TESTED with iPhone 6/7/8 Plus
Temporary fix for me:

Made any test possible, but no luck to duplicate the issueI also realized, that submission count is missing #id’s on the list
these are the last submissions made ..multiple id’s are missing in count

That users do NOT have access to the NextGen gallery on their own blog?
If this is so, then it is not a bug.Because, if i assign any user to be “contributor” on MY main-blog, they can access the Gallery.
Only on THEIR blog, they are not able to access the NextGen gallery
Just to make sure that there is or there is no bug.
