This is the problem. The website was developed by someone else and all of a sudden cannot be reached. The company contacted us to take over maintenance and content editing, part of which includes changing the certificate from the current look. It’s clearly been done by the previous developer, but we’ve no experience with your plugin and your manual doesn’t provide much assistance.
So as to your response, we do not have an account with you or the ability to communicate with you.
