In reply to: [WP-PageNavi] How to use Multiple Custom Queries with WP-PageNavi?Thanks, did the trick!
Otto, one thing I have noticed when using the plugin is that information such as the “First Name” and “Last Name” don’t get added to a new user’s profile when people register using the FB registration widget. Only the username, email and password. Are these fields something you have considered and not included on purpose?
If allowing the registration of contributers (as I am), your going to want to attribute an post using their real name.
Anyway, the plugin is great and some obvious hard work has gone into it. Shines out among the rest!
You can see how I’m using it here: http://alpha.godboost.com/blog/
Keen to know this too and if there is an alternative solution. Maybe there isn’t one?
Cheers Otto, this works! How about the login, can you force facebook on that too?
Entering your facebook email and pass into the fields obviously won’t log you in (will be confusing for some). What would be the best way of hiding these fields (is that even a good idea) and emphasising the facebook login button?
Does the job sir. Cheers for the help!
Hi Otto,
Just testing this, I added the code into the loop and changed the settings, it reverts to the default “Mystery Man” avatar, so doesn’t use the facebook avatar like it does in the comments.
See screen shot of the new and old avatars side by side.
Any idea why it would do this and what the solution could be?
