In reply to: [YITH WooCommerce Wishlist] add to wishlist not workingThanks. Yes, that ´seems´ to work, but actually if you click on the heart icon itself it works on the first page but not further down or when filtered.
You move your mouse below the icon and click on the comment link, but not on the icon itself. I would expect the same behaviour on all icons, no matter if filtered or scrolled down. I´ve tested this on every browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) on my Mac.Can you reproduce this ?
Thanks for your reply. Is this something you would consider to implement ? I´d be willing to pay for custom development perhaps.

In reply to: [Sales Report By Country for WooCommerce] Love the plugin, but …Fantastic news, thanks! When will the update be available ? I have 1.6.4 but the default is still shipping from the dropdown. How can I change this to default to billing ?

In reply to: [Invoices for WooCommerce] Subscription re-order invoices not being createdOh, I believe I found the problem. Just enabled the subscription reorder option in the settings…
I´m using the FLATSOME theme from envato where we have changed the child theme with some customization. So the checkout page was outdated and not compatible with the newest woocommerce update anymore. I´ve just downloaded the newest FLATSOME theme update with the new childtheme and copied the newer checkout file into the child them directory, so it´s compatible with the newest woocommerce. Once I´ve done that, the Stripe extension worked again.
Thank you for your response. I´ve meanwhile been able to solve the problem. The reason was an older child theme override on the checkout page. Once I´ve updated the child theme file for the checkout, everything was fine again.
So, I´m getting paying Stripe customers again 🙂
Thank you for your response. Well, we were forced to use this version of the plugin after the recent woocommerce update of the previous version forced us to. After updating, the paypal connection was lost and even paypal couldn´t help. As a result, the gateway was not working and we couldn´t accept payments, which lost us significant money. We switch to another free plugin (which is free btw), so we don´t need yours anymore. Good luck anyway…
Thanks for your clarification. Your response to my request for a refund sounded much different! But I´ve been refunded the money, so all is good.
It´s really interesting that your are selling a support plugin but consider customer support a “waste of time”.
Speaks for itself I think.
Well, I wasn´t reading the terms and conditions. They say that a refund is not possible if you just decide not to use the product. I was told I couldn´t get a refund, but I insisted in this because I wasn´t able to use the system. At the end I was getting a refund, but I think this was an exception.
This was just meant to be a warning for all who consider this solution that the terms won´t allow a refund.
Hope this helps.
Decided for a different solution at the end. Didn´t work well for me.
Well, quite a bit disappointed after purchasing the add ons and installed.
You said that I need to re-sync products in my shop to make the bug mentioned above in point 2 work. I´ve done this, tested in several browsers, refreshed, but it´s still not working.
So, I´m currently stuck with a plugin that doesn´t work. I can´t change the products list and customers cannot select the products they purchased, instead they can select products that are not available (set to not published and draft). This is really not the solution that I expected.
Aside of this there is a severe bug in the file picker solution, preventing customers to upload files.
Really annoying after paying so much for the add ons!
Please get back asap!
Thanks,
MartinThanks for your response. I´ll take a closer look to see wether hiring a coder would be a solution.
Best,
MartinHi Julien,
thanks very much for your answers. That´s all great, except for the agent assignment. I´m currently having a problem, managing all support requests myself (I have about 8000 customers) and wanted to use your plugin to have a well integrated solution (I really like the way the tickets are displayed for the user and how everything is connected to wordpress (haven´t tested the woo commerce add-on yet). But it´s essential for me that I can define product categories for the customer on the support submit form which then lead to auto-assignment to different agents. Without this feature, I cannot really reduce the support amount for myself (which is the main purpose of installing a support solution).
So, if there is anything else that would make it possible, I´d be very happy.
Cheers,
Martin
