I have the problem with the urls too …
The fields “Find” and “Replace” are empty
Workaround for existing posts: Cut the existing content. Place TOC block. Paste back the content. TOC is filled with all headlines.
Is it right that it doesn´t work with existing pages? Only with new pages? You have to put the block in first and then it fills with headlines while I type them?
I need something for existing blog posts. So it’s better to use a plugin like LuckyWP Table of Contents or Easy Table of Contents?

I fixed it for the moment with
.footer-wrapper.mk-grid .yarpp-related, #menu-hauptmenue .yarpp-related {display:none}
