We have just realized that, on check-out, the State field is not usable. Since a few orders are coming through I am wondering if some browsers do display the field and others do not. I do not see any place in the WooCommerce settings to fix this issue, or to update any aspect of the checkout page. I see that WooCommerce is offering paid extensions to add this function, but I think it’s reasonable to expect the basic fields to work without needing to add an extension. Please assist!
Nicholas – I tried deactivating Lightbox, but nothing changed. Thanks for the suggestion, though!
Gerhard – Thank you for your response, but you did not reply to the most important parts of the issue. Firstly, we have been receiving almost no orders over the last few weeks, when we normally get multiple every day. This is highly alarming and according to our statistics is nowhere near normal. Second, the names of items have disappeared. Please view the link and assist.

I also don’t know how to find out what version of PHP we are running. We host through GoDaddy. Would they know?
