If you still need a solution try this one. It does a nice lightbox effect and has thumbnails and descriptions. http://ww.wp.xz.cn/extend/plugins/flv-gallery/ The only problem for me is that I think it only supports flv, however I myself need to test it with other formats to be sure.

I have recently started using the FLV Gallery plugin and there is one problem I am having. At the moment when video is playing I cannot see the loading bar and it doesn’t have the marker in it to let me choose what part of the video to play from. The page that I the gallery on is here:
