Thanks for that. I did a little more googling, and discovered there is a MySQL database repair facility in the WHM, I ran this against the database and it fixed it.

Wow – thanks for such a quick response!
I can understand the copying/pasting of the plugin details, but the new site is a completely new/different WordPress site, so I can’t export/import the WP database to the new site, I would like to just move the woocommerce portions of it…
I wondered if there was some sort of export/import function within woocommerce, or a tool to achieve that.
It may be that I just have to make the call to remove the license from the old version and start afresh on the new install, but was hoping I could avoid that.
