I think, WordPress you have downloaded may be corrupted. just delete that file, download WordPress Zip file again and try to install… 🙂

(i.e. : C:\xampp\htdocs\AMRIT\wp-content\plugins\contact-form-7.4.0.2\contact-form-7). You should just do this (i.e. : C:\xampp\htdocs\AMRIT\wp-content\plugins\contact-form-7). then you can see it in wp admin panel.
