Out of curiosity, are you using chrome? If so, I would recommend trying to do this using a different web browser like FireFox to see if you still have the same issue.

I would determine which plugin is causing the issue and reach out to the plugin’s support.
Hey, student11, do you have FTP access?
If you do, I recommend temporarily switching the theme via FTP to see if that resolves the issue.
If you don’t have FTP access, I would recommend reaching out to your web hosting provider so that they can switch the theme temporarily for you.
I would reach out to the Astra theme theme developers for support after you do this.
Hey, jayjovial, I’m another Phlox user.
What I did to resolve this issue was delete the existing menu and just inserted a new menu with elementor.

This could potentially be an issue with your theme. Have you tried changing the theme temporarily and publish a post?
To rule out the possibility of the website transfer being the problem, I would recommend making a staging version of your site and testing out publishing on that.
