Hello, I do not confirm this. I have 2.2.25 installed and I still see the carts as abandoned despite purchase.

Hello, as I’ve written in the original post, the issue is systematic -> all completed orders eventually get an abandonded status in the carts tab, some remain as active (https://prnt.sc/WnLHNyzcfVmi). What do you mean by links between?

This topic was resolved for me. SharedPlugin support accessed my site and fixed the issue. Much appreciated !
