In reply to: [Thumb Fixer for Social Media] Doesn’t WorkI feel like I’m missing something but I don’t see any Open Graphite Pro menu.
I assume it’s the same free plugin I’ve already installed – I don’t see a separate Pro version.
I’m looking on the main Open Graphite Settings, even searching (Control-F) for “license”, but I see nothing. Screenshots below:
https://imgur.com/IDZ2RX3Is the License section somehow missing for me?

In reply to: [Thumb Fixer for Social Media] Doesn’t WorkMichael,
I’ve just purchased the Pro version of Open Graphite.
I have my Login key – can you tell me where/how to activate the pro version?
thanks,
Steve

In reply to: [Thumb Fixer for Social Media] Doesn’t WorkOkay Michael, thanks for investigating and explaining. I see what you’re saying. Going from the previous plugin where this worked to the new version where it didn’t was definitely unexpected. I’ll look into the paid version if you’re sure that will fix this issue.

In reply to: [Thumb Fixer for Social Media] Doesn’t WorkNo, sorry – I deactivated it this morning but just re-activated it. Facebook Debugger shows the same image – default home page logo (transparent PNG).

In reply to: How long for a deactivated plugin to free up resources?Sorry, one more question: Do plugins load when I’m visiting my WordPress Dashboard?
If the answer is no, I’m assuming that means if I’m getting the 503 Server Read Timeout Error when trying to visit my dashboard, then the issue can’t be plugin-related.

In reply to: Kimili Flash Embed not working in header (Manifest theme)And both the <?php wp_head() ?> and <?php wp_footer() ?> are in place before the </head> tag (in header) and </body> (in footer).

In reply to: Kimili Flash Embed not working in header (Manifest theme)Forgot to mention – I tried switching to a relative link for the .swf but it made no difference – the tag still displayed.
