We use the Gutenberg editor and our default language is English. Our database settings are correct to handle these kind of accented letters/symbols
When I add the translated text manually into the post, it is working correctly (https://share.cleanshot.com/2199nBN2). Looks like something goed wrong during the translation with the DeepL Pro plug-in
