There are a few ways to do it. One way is to have a list of questions (showing question text but not answers) that you would then click to edit. This way allows you to assign a question to more than one quiz.
Other way would be to hide the details for a question on the quiz screen, showing only the question text. Then you could click to edit in a popup or to expand and edit that way.

Imagine adding 200 questions. Then you want to edit one of those questions. You have to scroll way way down to find it, painfully looking at each question to find it.
