Additional information on menu I added the: /./#home so the link not remain in hover state.

I installed wp and Blocksy theme from scratch and everything works smooth . (maybe some conflict with other theme or plugins, I was on localhost pc using wampserver).

I finded a solution for those using elementor insted puting the link:
www.domain.com/#anchorlink must be this way:
www.domain.com/./#anchorlink Hope this help the others.

Update: I tried with another free theme and is Ok no problem with hover state, hope you fix this problem because I like Blocksy!

I tried to use some plugins to use different menu but not work at well, if anyone know the right plugin?
when select another page not the home with anchors or class id look like this:
