The decision to transition away from lifetime licenses was not made lightly. Our goal has always been to ensure the sustainability and continuous improvement of our products. While lifetime licenses were instrumental in our initial growth phase, we’ve found that maintaining this model poses challenges to the long-term development and support of our plugin.
However, we want to assure you that we deeply value our early supporters. As such, we are committed to honoring the terms of the lifetime licenses that were purchased. This means you will continue to receive all updates and support that were available at the time of your purchase. We understand the concerns about future features and updates, and we are actively exploring ways to provide additional value to our lifetime license holders.
We apologize if our recent communication came across as dismissive of your investment in our product. It is not our intention to disregard the trust you placed in us. We are here to listen and adapt based on the feedback from our community. Your suggestions and concerns are pivotal in shaping the way we move forward.

We’re constantly working on improving the UI/UX and documentation, and we’re excited to announce that we will be releasing a major update within a month, which includes a re-imagined UI/UX from the ground up.
Regarding your concern about new features not being included in your updates, please note that lifetime license owners are entitled to receive all updates that were available at the time of their purchase. However, any new features released after that time are part of our new Elite license.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the bugs you reported, and our support team has received your report and will work to resolve it as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.

We recognize that this may not be an ideal situation for some lifetime customers, but we believe that paying for ongoing support is necessary for the continued success and improvement of the plugin.
Regarding the issue you reported, we would like to assure you that we are committed to fixing it without any charge. However, we would like to clarify that even if it is a bug, the debugging process takes time and can be unique for every site. Our support team will work diligently to identify and resolve the issue, but it may require a significant amount of time and resources to do so.
We take pride in the quality and reliability of the Booster plugin and we are committed to providing the best possible product and service to our customers.

In regards to the request for administrator access, we apologize for any misunderstanding. We do not ask for access to our customers’ sites without their consent, since your products were affected and it was an urgent issue to fully understand and quickly resolve that is pretty standard practice for WordPress Plugin ecosystem. We understand the importance of maintaining the security of your site, and we apologize if our request was perceived as a breach of that security.
We also apologize if our instructions for resolving issues were not clear or if we asked you to perform tasks that were not necessary. We strive to provide clear and concise instructions for resolving issues and will work to improve in this area.
