Can you please share screenshot of cart page showing the FedEx rate with console. So that we can debug it.

However there is also an option to hide the shipping method based on shipping method label name, you can use that too. Check the plugin screenshot on plugin page.

Note – Use only one rule for same role and destination combined together either based on value or label.

It takes first rule that satisfy the criteria. In this plugin if rule satisfy the criteria (user role, country) then that rule will be processed and skip all others. It’s working in this manner only from initial itself, however since it’s rule dependent on role and country. You can combine those rule with same role and country, and put the shipping method values separated by semi colon (;) in single rule.

There is an image in plugin page that explains how to configure multiple shipping method for same role and destination.

Thanks for reaching us. In order to resolve your issue we have provided an option to hide shipping method based on shipping method name/label shown on cart, use that while setting rule matrix also use label for Action On Shipping Method.

You can achieve that by using this plugin.

At first create the shipping method in WooCommerce, then manage it here just leave the country field empty.

For example,

I have created the flat_rate:1 and I want to show only for admin then I will deactivate the flat rate for all the other users for the countries where I send the product. This way it can be achieved.

Now regarding your query, You have not shared all the required information.
We required some more information like screenshot of our plugin settings but still we will try to resolve your issue.

I have tested Hide Shipping Method based On User Role plugin with Edit User Role and Flexible Shipping and it works like charm.
However in our plugin settings add the rule related to role added by edit user role first then add the default user role of WooCommerce or WordPress.
