I have not deactivated all other plugins at this stage – I decided to start with the theme. When I changed to the Twenty Fourteen theme, with the 3.9 version of the CF7 plugin, I lost all of the CF 7 forms that I created on my site. It defaulted to a “contact form 1” and given that, my form is no longer appearing on the respective page either.
Before I proceed with all of the plugins, is this theme related?
I just want to make sure I understand this correctly – you want me to deactivate every other plugin I have installed on WP Engine, switch to the default of Theme Fusion?
That sounds pretty extreme to fix this issue?

l am assuming you are referring to Use Mail (2) – if so I do NOT have that checked.
Additional headers is empty.
