Hello there,

Is there any option to add new hook (“new location”) on dropdown list, for example my_custom_hook like others from the screen?

There was a problem with another plugin – Flexible Checkout Fields v2.8.0 from WP Desk. After disable it was ok.

How to fix it temporary?

Update previous version of file includes/class-wc-gzd-checkout.php with lost functions.
