Hi. Got a similar issue, but no W3 Total Cache installed. Have you solved the problem?
As far as I see, there’s hundreds of Set-Cookie headers, both wordpress_sec & wordpress_logged_in. Even memory_limit 1G doesn’t help in my case.
Could it be some security plugin? I have iThemes Security installed, and it has some similar issues:

Looks like the problem is more complex, something in my pre_get_posts hook is also involved. Investigating
