Thanks a lot for providing the above instructions – very much appreciated.
As my programming skills are such that I insert code based on instruction without understanding the rules that must be followed.
Based on you instructions, I placed the following before the existing code in the Default event list format box:
<div class="em-view-container .em.pixelbones { background-color: #F5F5F5 !important;}"> </div>There was no change in terms of appearance.

I have had similar problems with my API key. I got it working by creating a billing account.
However you seem to have done that.
