Yes that’s correct.
Uploading a csv results in https in the file URL. We have to remove the s or the plugin can’t read or find the csv.Sorry no, I don’t see anything relevant there.
It worked ok before, but now that the URL created by uploading the csv file is https the plugin seems unable to find it.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Optimize Images Resizing] Cleanup – any known maximum number of images? No idea why it failed sorry, it just got slower and slower and eventually froze. I gave it an hour with no response each time before restarting the cleanup.
I’d be very happy to see permanent logging of each image removed as anything could interrupt the process, (accidentally closed browser, crash, power cut) and then there’s no way to know if the process worked or completed.
I’d also like to see the plugin shown in ‘Tools’ rather than ‘Settings>Media’. This seems more logical (it’s a tool, not a setting) and might make it easier to find.

In reply to: [Optimize Images Resizing] Cleanup – any known maximum number of images? It’s taken me three attempts to get through 32,000(!). It got further each time before freezing and I was a little hesitant about re-starting the process but as you said it went through them faster on each run and eventually got there. Fantastic!
Does this mean the log displayed at the end is incomplete (i.e. only contains details of the final run)? If so, are the previous logs stored anywhere?
Ignore that, I’ve realised my error.
Thanks for a great plugin!
I’m not seeing that behaviour.

Plugin is working – I can see previously missing additional images being generated on request.
I’ve removed theme-added sizes from image_size_names_choose.
I upload a new image via Media Library.
Default image sizes only are generated.
I visit the Media Library in admin then I check and still only default image sizes are there.
—This is my desired outcome, but you seem to be saying it shouldn’t work and the registered theme image sizes should have been generated when I visited Media?
Yes my theme adds image sizes to image_size_names_choose. I’ve prevented this temporarily and uploaded a new image. Only the default image sizes were generated immediately.
Can you clarify for me the ‘media screen’ you refer to that causes the remaining registered (theme) sizes to be generated as they haven’t been yet?

In reply to: [Optimize Images Resizing] medium-large default image size handling?I think I’ve answered my own question with a quick test – the plugin prevents creation of the new default image size.
Does the plugin need an update to deal with this in the same way as the other default sizes?

In reply to: WordPress Gallery only linking to attachmentI’ve searched and found no record of this bug, so I’ve submitted a ticket.

In reply to: WordPress Gallery only linking to attachmentI don’t think you even need the first save: making the dropdown show attachment and then media file, then save, seems sufficient.

In reply to: WordPress Gallery only linking to attachmentJust been exploring this – try changing the ‘link to’ ‘attachment page’ and then back to ‘media file’ again in the dropdown.
I think the gallery settings ‘Link to’ isn’t applying the setting initially shown, changing the dropdown in any way then gets the link setting properly applied. Once the gallery has a setting it then seems to work ok.
To replicate:
Create a new gallery, don’t touch the ‘Link to’. Gallery shortcode has no link=file or link=post.
Create a new gallery, change ‘Link to’ setting in any way. Gallery shortcode has link=file or link=post as appropriate. Can you confirm my findings?
