I was clicking on Product Items before, but did not realize that the Add Field was specific to the category that was selected.
I was able to add the fields and get them in in the export!

Hi Alex,
The fields I added with the extra project options do NOT show up in the Product Fields list when I click Add Field. I can see the fields I created in the “Filter by Item and Metadata” section under the “Item metadata” dropdown list, so I know they are there and this plugin can see them. When I look at the orders in WooCommerce, I can see the information has been populated in the new fields, so there is data to pull.
Any ideas on how I can get the fields to show up in the product fields list so I can add them to the export?
