In reply to: [Easy Appointments] Two Step Action links not working – Cancels immediatelyHi!
I’m the person from 3 years ago who provided the fix https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/two-step-action-links-in-email-broken-fixed/. Just wanted to let you know that it no longer works for me. Yes, you will get a confirmation page that way, but in the background it will cancel the appointment regardless. By just following the link and NOT confirming.
It really used to work. Now it’s broken.
Hi Kris @wpmudevsupport13
Including maybe_serialize() was the key! I can confirm that now it works as expected.
Thank you very much. Please send my regards to your SLS team. You have been very helpful in solving this mystery for me.
Have a nice day!

In reply to: [Easy Appointments] Deleting appointments through antivirus?Hi!
Your observations are correct.
Two-step confirmation is already a built-in feature of this plugin. It can be enabled under Settings -> Mail Notifications -> Two step action links in email.
However, as discussed in this topic, it does not work properly. I.e., you enable it but it won’t ask if you really want to cancel. There is a simple fix but this fix has to be applied manually every time you update this plugin.
I hope it helps. 🙂

In reply to: [Easy Appointments] Two-step action links in email broken [FIXED]I guess your best bet is when @loncar updates the plugin to include this fix.
Thank you, Michiel! Wasn’t hoping to hear from you so soon! 😉
I think I’ll do just that. It gives me a chance to test as well. When you release a new update, these manual changes would be overwritten anyway.
