Thanks, Marius, the “Disable SEO analysis” box was checked in my admin user profile. Once I unchecked that box, the focus keyword and Keyword Tab was enabled. After spending a lot of time knocking my head against the wall, I found your answer and that did the trick. Much appreciated.
