Health Check is great for troubleshooting. I enable my plugins one by one in troubleshooting mode and found no problem when using default theme. But when I used my current theme, problem occur again.

It’s a conflict with my theme. Already restored my backup.

Will change my theme first before upgrading my wp version.

Hi Bemdesign..

I have called godaddy support and they fix it.

I can now upload picture with preview using 2015 theme with all plug ins disable.

I will try with the theme that i am using before,

I have tried disabling all plugins and tried to upload picture again, still the same error.. there is no preview of pictures..
What i am wondering is, when i clicked the picture, and click the edit image, it will show the picture itself.. after i have save it, there is no picture or preview again.
