Do you think it could be a past installation of a similar extension that could cause this? Like Woocommerce would intefere in the database?
No sorry. I even tried to reinstall both extension and delete the tables in phpmyadmin but nothing worked 🙁
Other try that worked this time. I set the two taxes in two different category and now it applies both.
Yes they are. The product is set to use the standard rate tax and both taxes are in that category.
I also tried to change the category to reduced rate, but it didn’t solve it.
